Diana is originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, and joined the group in Fall 2024 as a PhD student. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Oklahoma. During her undergraduate studies, Diana was on the President’s Honor Roll in her final years and was awarded the 2024 SCBME Outstanding Senior Researcher Award. The focus of her doctoral research is to develop a fundamental understanding of the role of surfactants in foam stability.
