Tom is from Viet Nam and joined the lab in Fall 2025 as a PhD student. He received his BS in Chemical Engineering from Ho Chi Minh University of technology in June 2025. Tom’s research is focused on studying the role of surfactants molecular structure in their impact on interfacial properties. His research seeks to develop structure-property relations that could be used in the design of novel surfactant molecules in the future.
