Jomara is originally from La Paz- Bolivia and joined the group in Spring 2024 as a PhD student. She received her bachelor’s degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas  Engineering from the Private Bolivian University in 2023. Her current research project focuses on the study of interfaces for hydrogen storage in depleted oil reservoirs. This project aligns with her career goal of helping with the energy transition to make it affordable, cleaner, and sustainable.
