Siddharth completed his B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore, India in 2013. Thereafter, he pursued post-graduate studies in IIT Guwahati, India where he completed Masters in Chemical Engineering in 2015 followed by PhD in 2021. His research interests cover the areas of soft matter, colloids and functional droplet systems. 

Siddharth is interested in understanding the fundamental nature of droplet-based systems at fluid/solid or fluid/fluid interfaces and their further development for different applications. He is also keenly interested in exploring self-organization of colloidal structures at the mesoscale and seeks to uncover their interfacial fluid dynamics.
